We were unable to reproduce this issue in the latest version. If you have any more information or specific repro steps that indicate the issue is still occurring, please feel free to let us know.

Also, sometimes errors such as these can be temporary, so to rule those out I’m sharing the note left on a previous ticket:

If you're seeing the D-0100 error when trying to access the Marketplace, don't worry, this is usually a temporary issue.

Minecraft needs to complete a few background steps before the Marketplace can fully load. These include signing you in and setting up your session. If you try to open the Marketplace before those steps are done, the game will show a progress screen. But to avoid leaving you stuck there too long, Minecraft automatically moves you forward after 10 seconds, even if the setup isn’t finished yet. That’s when you might see the D-0100 or C-0010 error.

• Troubleshooting and Information

  • Wait and try again. The app is still working in the background to finish setup, even after the error appears.

  • Retrying usually works. Once the session setup is complete, the Marketplace should load normally.

  • Slow or unstable internet? It might take longer to finish setup if your connection is slow or unreliable.

Would it be possible to share some examples of the impact this issue might have on regular gameplay or build set ups?

We're currently investigating a fix for this issue. Please be aware that worlds may break between Preview and Beta updates as we roll out necessary changes. This is especially true for worlds with Experimental Toggles enabled. Please be sure to make regular back up copies of your worlds before updating.

We think this is something that will be addressed in Bedrock, so have cloned the bug to here: MCPE-226269

This issue should now be resolved. To fix the problem on your system, please ensure you update to the latest Nvidia graphics driver (version 580.88).

Please note issues like this can sometimes be caused by a temporary service outage.

As a potential workaround for the issue, you might like to check that your date and time setting is up to date and synced on your device.
